Square Prices Its IPO At $9

square-nyse Square’s somewhat conservative pricing earlier this month just got a lot more conservative. Square today priced its initial public offering at $9, giving the company a valuation of $2.66 billion. The last time the company raised money, it was valued at $6 billion, and earlier this month gave a range of $11 to $13 per share, valuing the company at $4.19 billion. Read More
